Payments can be made via cash or check (all check made out to Mountain Communities Boys & Girls Club or MCBGC)

• Please call us for the most current weekly and drop in rates.

Clubs will be closed for all snow days and non-attendance days stated in Rim of the World District calendar. When weather conditions are deemed dangerous, for the safety of members and staff clubs will be closed

• We provide a Breakfast program and snacks
• Bring a lunch
• Bring Sunblock
• Check calendar for Water Play Days and bring swim suit / towel

Please notify staff about any allergies your child may have. We need to keep this information on file. 

If your child requires or uses any perscriptions or over the counter medications, your child will need to administer the doses themselves. We do not administer any medications. You are welcome to stop by and administer any medications.

Yes, we would love any donations in the following categories. Since we are a non-profit 5013(c), you can donate: 

• Scholarship a child for a program
• Cleaning Supplies
• School Supplies
• Toys
• Snacks
• Books
